This artist Joan Miro inspired 48 room hotel is tucked away in the tranquil and elegant residential area of Monte Sacro, a mere 20 minutes from the whole of Rome (by bus number 36 from the nearby bus station). The hotel also has a shuttle service that can take you to the city center and Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. Guests unwind after a busy day of city sightseeing at the Ars’ fitness center and Turkish bath, watch the sun set from the Ars’ garden terrace, curl up in the Ars’ reading lounge in front of the LCD TV, or meander through the charming public gardens and small shops of Monte Sacre. Rooms are luminous and modern, nicely equipped, and immaculately maintained. Breakfast is included and guests may order in pizza from the excellent neighborhood pizzeria. Free internet!

hmmmmm....i didnt like it in any way.
too far out from the city. They gave us a basement room n it felt like we had done something wrong thats why they threw us in there!
we will never stay here again nor suggest this place to anyone. we had a 3 week long stay all over europe and this by far the worst hotel we stayed in. the rooms were dingy n small n in dire need of renovation. bathrooms were also small n basic. To top it all of the hotel way too far out from the centre. breakfast was also very basic. and even though there is a lift to the basement, there too many stairs leading to and from the lift on the ground floor as well as the basement. might qualify as a 3 star, definitely not 4!!
