Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The proximity to the Vatican was great. Made for an easy base location to do all the Christmas events at St. Peter's.
The hotel is a little dated. Do not stay in room 501 or 503.
If you have a trip planned to Rome and want a place near the Vatican, this is a good hotel to choose. Rooms are nice, if a little dated. The service was very friendly, if a bit unhelpful. Our hair dryer was broken and was never repaired even though we asked every time we went by the front desk (at least twice a day). Whatever you do, do not let them put you in 501 or 503. These rooms are below the kitchen to the restaurant upstairs and you can hear them walking around and it sounds like they are moving furniture late into the night.
