Friendly hotel, but nothing special
Friendly staff, close to Termini and Colosseum
6.3
pros: hotel is just around the corner from piazza di santa maria maggiore and within walking distance to termini and the colosseum. the staff was friendly and offered suggestions re where to eat. the room was clean and featured nice ceiling art. a simple breakfast was provided every morning. cons: we slept with earplugs to drown out the street noise. we woke with no hot water two mornings in row. after reporting the problem, we had to wait an hour for the water to restart and heat up. bath towels were very thin. finally, the bed was not comfortable and gave me neck pain.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk to the Colosseum at night for some great photos.

Great Hotel - Would highly recommend!
10
The hotel was great, upon arrival the owner gave us a map and his run down of what to see, restaurants and bars. As we were only there for two nights he showed us exactly how we could see Rome in a day and a half. He offered us a drink on arrival. Breakfast in bed was brilliant, coffee how we liked it and yummy pastries. Wifi worked perfectly our entire stay and he assisted in making transport arrangements to the airport when required.
Hotel Feature Tip:
When booking this hotel, I would highly recommend you contact the hotel directly for instructions on getting to the hotel prior to your arrival as this is not provided by Agoda and the hotel is not the easiest place to find.

Once i arrived, i was provided the best tour itenary for Rome by Fabrizzio. He was a great guide.
Metro stations are 5mins away, so very easy to get around rome.
Overall, very satisfied wit the stay.
Restaurant Tip:
A must try restaurant just 5min walk from the hotel at 'Via Urbana'. Cant remember the name, but starts with Ostoria. Was recommended by the hotel.

Lovely hotel, great location, exceptional staff
9.3
This would have to be the best little boutique hotel we have stayed in. It is located within 5 minutes walk from Central Station. About a 1 minute walk away is one of the underground subway stops. The amazing owner Toni and her fabulous, friendly, helpful staff made us feel very welcome. We were made to feel very "at home" and we felt very looked after and nothing was too much trouble for any of them to help us with directions/advice, etc.
The room was very comfortable, size, bed and shower. Excellent wifi.
What more can we say but it made our trip that much more special to stay here.

Small but personalised and friendly hotel
Value for money. Clean and well maintained hotel. Friendly hosts.
9.3
The hotel is a small but comfy one. At first it was difficult to locate but after asking around, we managed to locate the hotel. The first person we met was George and he was most helpful with his tips on where to go and what to eat. He provides you with the map and divides it into 3 zones when he knew that we would be there for 3 days so that we could visit one zone per day. He is most informative and helpful. The hotel is near the subway and it is easy to navigate round the city via the subway or simply by walking. We had 3 nights of restful sleep at this hotel. Breakfast is served to your room every morning from 7.30 am onwards.

Good base to explore Rome
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, great location
8
I stayed in this hotel with my elderly parents and overall, we enjoyed our stay there. The staff, particularly Antonella (Toni) and her brother (can't remember his name for the life of me), who are the owners, are an absolute hoot, super-friendly and extremely helpful providing some very useful insider tips. They certainly made our stay very, very enjoyable indeed. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Rome, only a 5min walk to Vittorio Emmanuele Metro station and a 10-15mins walk from the main Rome train station (Roma Termini). A great base to explore the city, with most things being within walking distance, even for my elderly parents, unless of course if you visit Rome in the baking hot summer. The room we got was really small, but I suppose you can't expect much for a centrally located hotel in Rome. Breakfast everyday is delivered to your room, just pastries with orange juice and a hot drink of your choice. Oh, and locating the hotel was a bit of a challenge, there is no sign to indicate its a hotel on the exterior. Its part of a row of shophouses, with a buzzer outside that u need to hit for the hotel ppl to let u in, the name of the hotel is on the buzzer panel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you are staying for 3 nights of more, you might want to get a Roma Pass, which has many discounts from various attractions. Ask the hotel staff for more info.
