near the main station,plenty of caffes in that area

website mentioned balcony in every room which isn`t true.
we were given room with no view at all,could smell breakfast smoke from window every morning.
Were not allowed to operate air conditioning and was quite warm at night.Reception staff said "just open the window if you feel warm",it didn`t made much of difference in room temperature!

it's only 5 minutes away (without your huge luggage) from roma termini station
the room is in addequate size and sound proof although a minus for the room is that it doesn't have a bath ub
the staff hospitality are good and helpfull to.
if you are traveling with heavy luggage you can order a shuttle to the airport with 14 euro that the same price with the train price.

within walking distance to spanish stairs, coloseum, fontana di trevi etc

Strategically located hotel nearby Termini Station

I like this hotel. Very close by to Termini Station and the room is pretty spacious. Best of all, it was soundproof! It's located right by a road, so that was a nice feature. I went during Xmas season, and I like how the room is always nice and toasty.

The room was very clean and nice, all new furniture and nice bathroom with all necessary toiletries and blow-dryer. The staff was helpful although could improve their English a bit but I think it is normal for Italy not to speak too fluently.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Check if city tax is included in your reservation since we were asked to pay extra although I thought it was included

attractive hotel well-located near roma termini. short walk to several scenic and historic sites. wonderful breakfast in an attractive room. i fell and the staff could not have been kinder or more attentive.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
take the hop-on and off bus from in front of roma termini. good overall view of rome.

The position of this hotel was very good, close to both Metro lines and making it easy to visit parts of the Rome. It was a little dowdy, old fashion but quiet at night.

The room was very small and we heared the elevator during the whole night (dind dong, ascensore in salida....). The breakfast was good. We had a buffet with toasts, bread, cookies, cereals, fruits, ham and eggs... The coffee was awful. You better get one in a restaurant. WiFi is available in the lobby. 1 hour for 5 €. Airport transport is possible to book at the lobby. But only if you like to travel before or after lunchtime. Between 10:30 and 15:00 no transport is available. The main station is close to the hotel. A 15 minutes walk is necessary to get to the colloseum. All attractions are reachable with the hop-on hop-off bus.
The hotel is okay, but at the lower 4 Star level.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make a tour with the hop-on hop-off bus. Behind the main station they park their buses.
