its only the location, that's all.

it was a very bad experience: no air-con nor heater provided as the staff said it is required not to provide air-con nor heater,guests has to keep window open. this was not highlighted at all.
door of bathroom couldn't be opened fully as it hits the bed when open halfway.

As we are three persons, asking for triple bed room. But only two single beds plus a sofa bed. If the room can put 3 single beds, it would be more confortable.

As soon as we checked in at the desk, a porter appeared to take our bags up to our room. We were given a free WiFi access code and were able to use it with our iPad and iPhone simultaneously. The room was small for a sofa, desk and coffee table. There was a safe in the wardrobe. Bathroom accessories were provided including toothbrush and paste and a shaving kit, which isn't typical. The bed was comfy and towels were replaced daily. There also was a small balcony in the room. Breakfast was plentiful, with both Western and various European styles catered for. The hotel is located within a two minute walk to Termini station and we'd recommended a Roma Pass at 30 Euro per person. It will get you on all public transport and allow you to visit the Colosseum, Roman Forum and various other attractions, without the need to queue or pay another cent. However, you may only enter two attractions free of charge - thereafter, the rest are available at a reduced rate.

Me and my bro were arranged to a room on the eighth floor. So we needed to spend quality time on waiting for the elevator. Hot water supply was really unstable which is very annoying during the winter time. The hotel breaksfast was the worst thing above all. Not many choices there. And thè ham and cheese were overly frozen. You can taste ice out of them. Coffee was so bad that made u willing to to get another cup outside the hotel every morning. Four words! Do not go there!!

Location was very good and it only took 5 minites to walk from Roma Termini. Staff were nice and breakfast was good. However, the room was small and there was almost no place to open the luggages.
