Adorable, Easy, Charming room with a balcony

We had a very easy friendly check-in. The place is nice, with a fun modern decor. The neighborhood has a nice quiet-urban vibe to it. We were only there one night, so we didn't feel like we got to enjoy the room the way we would like to. The location is a short walk to the Vatican Museums, and a couple blocks from the Metro station. We would definitely consider staying there again when we return to Rome.

this is really an outstanding B&B
warm and friendly welcome, Super clean. Got the HOME feeling.

we were totally satisfied and we will return. The highlights are: unique and tasteful decoration, big kitchen with every item you need. We felt coming into a HOME and not into an ordinary B&B. Centrally located, only one block from the Metro, but quiet though. The warm and friendly welcome of the owner's daughter.

this is a very nice b&b located close to vatican city and the rome metro. the bedrooms are large - especially by european standards. rick steves would (and might have for all i know) recommend this place. have realistic expectations and you will be pleased.
Restaurant Tip:
the wine bar the b&b recommends is especially nice for a moderately priced dinner.

Very nice & large rooms at a budget

This place is actually an apartment very near to Vatican City with two rooms for hotel guests, one large kitchen, one dining room and a small bathroom. We met the owners only upon arrival and were unable to meet them again since they did not show up for checkout.
The room itself was very clean, with a funky "out of style" kind of interior, which is actually pretty cool (they have 70's and 50's posters and vinyl disks integrated into the decorations everywhere). The "breakfast" is really just a pre-prepared basket in the room with a bit of packaged bread and spread and fruit. But it was good enough for us.
Overall very recommended if you are not too much concerned about service, because the room itself, the location and the apartment are excellent (even the shared bathroom doesn't really matter since it is just one other room). Metro and Vatican, supermarket, good restaurants are all within short walking distance and it really gives you a glimpse at being a local in rome, due to the apartment style without service or reception.

it was quite difficult to find this hotel. the hotel is located 5th floor of a normal residence.
we couldn't get there without local people's help. because it was no sign at all.
our room had enough space and all facilities were clean.
there were a couple of breads and cookies for breakfast.
good designers hotel.

I had a very good experience staying on this place. It's clean and quiet. I love the design of the room. It's so creative. The location is near Vatican, just a walking distance. There are good restaurants on that same area which is very ideal.

Perfect 3-night stay in Rome

It was so near the Vatican and the Cipro Metro Station. Our room was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Staying here has been wonderful. Valentina, the manager was so helpful and Peter, Valentina's father, was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome.
