the good bed and breakfast

at first we are a little worry about this hotel because its in an apartment, but once we walk in and find our room it was more than we are expecting. really recommend for those who search for a budget hotel and near train station because it was worth the money and clean and the owner is nice.

The location is good and room is new

the room is nice and new which full funished. the location also closed to termini. it is good for just stay over but not good for long stay for relax. however, the overall is ok.

Very nice B&B

It's very close to the Central Station, literally 5-minute walk and about two streets off the main road. We arrived late (about 10pm) but all we had to do was to just press the main door bell. The owner answered, opened the main door and let us in. Breakfast was basic but the owner was nice to wake up early and buy us coffee when he knew that one of us was a coffee person. He offered us a city map and wrote us the wifi password upon our arrival. The room was also neat, clean and bright, though the shower room could be a bit small and the water wasn't as boiling hot, which is something that you would want to have during the cold winter. If you're traveling during winter like me, one thing to note is that the heater isn't very strong and you probably wanna wear a sweater when you go to bed.

Loved the place. Service was great. Room was spacious and the toilet was very clean. However, one thing to improve on could be the heating in the room. The room still felt cold despite having the heater on.

It just about 2 minutes walk to the hotel from Roma Termini. Great location. The food around the area are not cheap.

The location is very close to termini central and easy to reach by taking Leonard express from the airport. But if you are carrying big lugguage to Rome, you may need to consider again, as there is more than 10 steps before the elevator. And, the hotel is not easy to find as the sign of hotel name is not very clear and big enough.

It is located within 3 mins walks to the Rome central station. But surprisingly, you will not hear the trains in the B&B. The room was clean and simple with all you need for a B&B. The self-servicing breakfast was basic just like what you'll have in a friend's home ...toast, croissant, jam, juice and milk.
