With its magnificent location only 50 meters from Piazza di Spagna and underground stop Spagna, this guest house on the third floor of a historical building, offers an intimate and reserved atmosphere in all three rooms with a view on one of the most prestigious shopping streets, embedded bathroom and all major amenities: LCD TV, iPod dock, clock radio, minibar and natural aromatherapy and ionization systems. In the common area you can prepare breakfast and enjoy a coffee break at any time. The property is reached by a lift and totally non-smoking. Fax machine and laundry services are at guests’ disposal. The feel-at-home atmosphere requires a minimal presence of staff at reception. It is therefore vital to communicate the exact time of arrival at the facility.
Rome City Tax
For all guest bookings during a period of stay from 1 January 2011 onwards, a city tax of 2 Euros per person, per night must be paid directly at the hotel during check-out for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. This is an additional charge and is not included in the room rate.

Great location but do not expect Hotel services

Its situated in a great location however it is more like a self-service b&b rather than a hotel. Is a flat with a few rooms and a kitchen really, nothing much. no additional services except on your arrival to take you to your room.
