"Beldes HR...my new favorite hotel in Rome !"
Great location in residential area Prati and very helpful/professional staff

quite location, nice shopping possibilities, several coffee shops/bars and good non-touristic restaurants around. clean and cosy rooms, the staff and the owner were very friendly, helpful and professional. i stayed 2 nights in a double deluxe room at the annex of the hotel, situated on the 3rd floor in an appartment building one block down the road.
free 24 hours wi-fi, lcd television/sky channel, tea & nespresso coffee facilities. unfortunately, walls are very thin but i'll be staying there again soon!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Within walking distance of metro station Lepanto, 10 min. away from Vatican and St. Peter, 20-30 min. (across the Tiber bridge) to the centre, e.g. Via del Corso, Spanish Steps, Via Condotti, Trevi Fountain, Castel Santangelo, Piazza del Popolo...

Nice boutique hotel but high room prices

beldes hr was a nice hotel at a very convinient place near lepanto metro station. the owners and stuff were friendly and polite. the room that we stayed was very small, the walls were unpainted(!!) and with high price. nevertheless the room was clean and the breakfast rich and delicious.

Was put up in another building, average environment, toilet bowl leaking, odour in room.
Good thing was big windows facing the street providing ample natural light.
Near to Vatican - within walking distance.
Very near to Lepanto Metro Station - just less than 5 mins walk.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get up early, take a short walk to Vatican, and you can be in the front queue for St Paul's Basilica

Friendly staff. Great location. Very close to Metro station.

Clean and warm rooms. Very nice breakfast room. Day staff is very friendly made us feel very welcome. Only 1 problem was the terrace which was neglected. I was a very disappointed with the terrace because it was the main reason I booked in the hotel. Still overall is good.
