Families with older children Philippines, January 09, 2013	nice hotel with good provisions location is quite good 8 from the street, the hotel facade does not look very impressive, but the lobby and the adjoining areas are okay... not too big but well appointed...done in good taste. the rooms look nice, and feel nice.... sheets and beddings are obviously recently purchased, not like other 3 star hotels whose towels and sheets, although fresh from the laundry, look like a thousand armies have already slept on them. bed sheets and pillow cases here in best western hotel spring house are crisp and clean, towels are thick with firm but soft texture. breakfast is just right with good choices and variety. table set-up is simple but elegant. lady manager of dining area is very amiable...seeing to it that everybody gets good service. the hotel itself is not very near to metro station (about 10 minutes walk), but walking is good exercise, so a little extra walk to go to the bus or railway station can also be considered a plus for the hotel, depending on how one considers walking - a healthy exercise or a tiring activity. it is also not very near st. peter's square, but again, a 10 minute walk will give one's body its needed exercise. so, on the overall, i would rate best western hotel spring house as very good, or give it a grade of 9 in a scale of 10. one thing i don't like, though,.....the hotel name is too long and has a confusing mix of words. can you please shorten it to just 3 words like: spring house hotel, or hotel spring house, or best western hotel, or western spring house... i am definitely going to recommend this hotel, but would like to tell the owners: don't let me twist my tongue mentioning the name of your hotel....if i have to look at your business card everytime i recommend it, i might either say another name or not be able to say it correctly and thus make you lose a probable client. by the way, do you have other hotels with that same name in any other part of the world? but the bottomline is - you have a great hotel. . . and we liked it. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: This hotel was very close to the main attraction of our visit, the Vatican, and so I was thoroughly happy we booked in this hotel.

Families with older children Canada, December 27, 2012	A gem hotel at the Vatican walking distance to the Sistine Chapel 8.3 although this hotel is not grand, the location more than makes up for it. closely situated to some very interesting sites in rome. walking distance to the sistine chapel and st. peter's cathedral.will stay here again, definitely. Restaurant Tip: After staying in Rome for several days and start to crave burgers and such, walk to the Burger King, it's a welcome change after too much pasta and pizza.

Families with older children Canada, December 25, 2012	A great family hotel in Rome rooms for 3-4 adults at a reasonable price 8 Considering its part of the hotel rate, their breakfast is more than ok. Choices are good and food is freshly cooked and served. If you get a chance to book and choose a quad room, request for the fashion room. The set-up is unique and quite spacious. Comfortable for 4 adults sharing a room. You wont feel cramped at all. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Line up early to avoid the long wait at the Sistine Chapel. It's barely 5 minutes away from your hotel doorstep. Just follow the Vatican walls, you can't miss it.
