its hard to find a real 5 star hotel in italy but this one was real. the service is very good. it was clean. great value for money. friendly staff. the concierge was so helpful. not far from the city center. alot of shop just around the corner. good restaurants nera the hotel.

We had such an amazing time and a very romantic holiday. WE found the hotel to be very classy and upmarket and we were really pleased with the service and the location. The tiramisu at the cafe downstairs is without a doubt the absolute best I have ever tasted in my entire life! Will definitely be coming back to stay on our next trip.

Beautiful central hotel in the heart of Rome

we couldnt be more pleased with our stay in this hotel. we got a complimentary upgrade as we were on our honeymoon. our room overlooked the fountain outside the hotel and was remarkably huge for a european hotel. absolutely divine and spacious. we spent a lot of time at the rooftop pool eating and sipping cocktails whilst overlooking the city of rome. it was a wonderful stay no complaints and will definitely be back.

Average hotel charging 5 star room rates

I was very disappointed with the hotel as the room interior was average, there was no complimetary water in the room, the room was small, the view was toward another back building. The staff was not as helpful and friendly as you would expect them to be in luxuary hotels.
The fridge in my room made loud banging noises on a regular basis, which was commented by a ' very sorry about this' by the hotel staff.
Its definetely not worth to spend so much money to stay at Boscolo in Rome and I am sure that any 200 EUR room per night hotel, would have been provided the same kind of room and average service as what you can expect at Boscolo.

highly recommend this hotel for its great location and spacious rooms. conveniently located at the end of Via Nazionale with a great deal of shops and restros. a metro station is right in front of it and you can reach many tourist attractions are within walking distance. the staff are all nice and helpful.

It was very disappointed during my stayed, the front office staffs are all not courteous if approaching making certain inquiry. Room are not sound proof where next door conversation can clearly heard from my room.

My husbad and i staed there for three nights, the hotel wasvery easy to find,5 minute from the train station. The rooms were nice but you have to make sure which room you are taking since they can put you in all the way back has backstreetview. But the staff was so used to see couples or honey couples, they didnt care much. Their service was the slowest i ever experienced. When they advertise, they have to show each room. They didnt explain the hotel facilities

We stay there for three night on and off. The first day we had a room with the Republica sqaure view. Very beautiful n romantic, and the room was very big. It would have been better if we had known wish room we are going to get when we book.
