Good location with great restaurants on 3 sides of the hotel

soggiorno troppo breve per apprezzare al meglio l'hotel, che comunque si è rivelato elegante e ideale per le esigenze più diverse. Ottima posizione per il turista e attenzione verso una clientela internazionale. Ambiente ideale per chi viaggia per affari. Unico neo: la mancanza di un adeguato isolamento acustico dai rumori della strada.

A causa del maltempo che aveva reso impraticabili le strade per Roma, ho dovuto rinunciare al soggiorno nei giorni prenotati.
Non avendo potuto trovare la comprensione sufficiente a risolvere l'inconveniente dell'intermediario Agoda, mi sono rivolto direttamente alla Direzione dell'Hotel Cicerone, che, con i buoni uffici del dott. Riccardo Cocco, mi ha offerto il soggiorno in altra data, dichiarando la disponibilità ad intercedere presso Agoda anche per la restituzione della somma pagata.
Ho scelto il soggiorno in altra data, poiché conoscevo già l'hotel per precedenti soggiorni e lo trovo affidabile e di prezzo conveniente per qualità generale e posizione.

piacevole, cortesia, efficienza e qualità
La posizione è strategica (pochi minuti dalla metro linea A - facilmente raggiungibili stazione e centro). Cortesia ed efficienza di tutto il personale in servizio. Camere attrezzate e confortevoli. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, rispetto allo standard. Ottimo il servizio di prenotazione on line.

Ottimo servizio , hotel pulito ed ubicato in zona centrale , disponibile ampio parcheggio sotto Hotel vicino alla metropolitana al centro, allae zone dello shopping , al Vaticano e vi sono numerosi ristoranti e trattorie tipiche romane .
