Bathroom and towels are clean

almost everything. very small room, need to pay for safe box in the room, not helpful. No business center.

My mistake for having last minute booking and got this hotel. First impression, hotel staff are not friendly. The lift is really vary small. Just enough for two person. But, it's not a problem for me. The street is a bit shaddy. The taxi driver said the area is not very safe at night. But didnt have any problem. Quite ok for me. It said near Termini, but not that near. It is about 20+ minutes walk uphill to termini. Rooms are smaller than expected (smaller than venice hotel). I am not expecting the big rooms like in Asia or USA. But, they are too small that we got difficulties putting our 2 luggages (0ne 20" and one 24" trolly bags). Bathroom is small, but clean. Towels are clean, too. I found a safe box in the room with key hole. Couldn't open it. So ask the recept. He show me the key and tell me that i need to pay 5 Euro per night for the key. No fridge. No coffee maker in the room. So I ask whether i can get or buy water bottle, they said just drink from tap. I ask whether i can buy hot water. The answer is just NO. The bed is quite old and not comfortable also. They have a computer at the lobby but only for staff(mostly no one there using). I ask to help me for use of computer for just 10 min to transfer my files. CANNOT. Breakfast is also not so good. just some toasted bread and fruit. Whatever i ask in this hotel, the answer is NO. I've been to a few countries in Asia as well as Europe, stayed from 2 stars to 5 stars hotels. This is the worst experience. This hotel should be 1 or 2 stars. Even 2 stars hotel in Asia is much more better than this.

Shopping Tip : There is an open-air street market selling cheep goods just next to hotel.
