It was very basic, which is expected when so cheap 5.3 The rooms were not so clean, the receptionist was not friendly. It was a simple room, the breakfast left me just drinking coffee. Its a 2km walk from Termini. But you can jump on a tram which will take you there in less than 5 minutes. Restaurant Tip: The restaurants are not great in this area. The receptionist recommended a restaurant, but it was very ordinary with a lot of tourists.

Josephine R. Solo travelers Philippines, May 06, 2012	Dissappointed none 5.3 I've a booked an overnight stay here because I saw the location was good and the rooms were ok. But when we arrived on the day, they transfer us to a different hotel! this is totally a deceit! They transferred us to Hotel Luzatti. We were not really happy about it but we can't do anything since we're already there. So beware of this hotel. Eventhough Hotel Luzatti was an ok hotel. I'm mad that they've deceived us and didn't informed us that there is a possibility of transfering hotels. Anyway, the staff at Hotel Luzatti was very warm and accomodating, the room was ok and the location was ok too.
