The newly refurbished hotel provides 27 comfortable guestrooms and is ideally situated in the heart of Rome. The Flavia Hotel is 30km from the Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport. The hotel is four kilometers from the Termini Central Station, which provides easy access to Rome's many attractions. Within walking distance is the Piazza Republica metro station, as well as many sightseeing attractions, such as Via Veneto, Villa Borghese, Via Nazionale and the Colosseum. Guests can start the day with breakfast provided by the hotel. The two-star hotel is ideal for business and leisure travelers seeking comfortable accommodation in the center of the city.
For all guest bookings with the period of stay from 1 January 2011 onwards, a city tax of 2 Euros per person, per night must be paid directly at the hotel during check-out for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Basic but very good hotel in great location

I was very impressed with the hotel, and it suited my personal needs, i.e. easy to get to from Termini, large room, which was basic but clean and was within walking distance from all the main attractions. The staff spoke excellent English and were very accommodating to all requests.

This is a bare bones hotel with - in my room - not even an outlet to plug any device into.
Rome hotels are very expensive, especially in this area, so to find an affordable one is great, but with zero access to the net it could be a disaster. It was in my case. Business travelers should avoid it. You are completely cut off here. You should know this in advance. The rooms are clean. Small but pleasant. There's a minibar. But no laundry. No other amenities. The area around Via Flavia has all the local needs - including a laundry - but the hotel is very basic and old-school. OK for tourists on a budget who want to be close to everything.
