Location with many sights in close proximity.
The Genio Hotel in ideally located next to Piazza Navona and only a short stroll away from the Vatican, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi and many other sights. The neighbourhood feels safe. The staff is friendly and one of the big advantages the hotel has is the roof terrace on the sixth floor. It offers a 360 degree view of Rome and is particularly nice on a sunny evening.

Rooms not unclean but dated
WE found the hotel indeed central and adjacent to the Piazza Navona area.We asked re church services close by at reception and they hadnt any rcords of such,and suggested we visit local churches and check ourselves,as they also advised we go to the rail station and check the times of trains to Civichvettia.We went to the hotel next door and they gave us a print out within minutes for both queries.The breakfast we felt was a health risk as cooked meats and cheese were displayed for some hours at ambient temps of mid 2o,s Centigrade and uncovered.The bread rolls were
hard and it was hard to chew them.After 2 mornings we decided to go elsewhere for breakfast even though our breakfast was inclusive.
