The Grand Hotel Del Gianicolo is 20 kilometers from the Fiumicino Airport and 20 kilometers from the Ciampino Airport. Situated in the historic part of Rome, guests are close to many attractions, such as Villa Medici, St. John Lateran and the Alban Hills. Also close by is an old oak tree stump where Tasso, the famous Italian poet of the Renaissance, used to sit. "4-Sterne-Hotel kommt langsam in die Jahre"

Gute Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom

tolle lage in der nähe von trastevere mit all seinen kleinen gaststätten. das grand hotel del gianocolo kommt langsam in die jahre. rostige duschverkleidung im bad und zimmer leider nicht so sauber ( staub an den tapeten und gardinenstangen ), wie es in einem 4-sterne-haus sein sollte. wie in italien üblich, kehrt die nachtruhe erst gegen 24:00 uhr ein. starker pkw-verkehr tagsüber und nachts am hotel! zimmer haben dünne wände, man versteht jedes wort im nachbarzimmer. personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Restaurant Tip: (1) Marco G, Via Garibaldi 56, Trastevere: Sehr schönes Ambiente, guter Service, aufmerksames Personal und absolutes Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis (2) Bros, Via G. Mameli 45, Trastevere: Rustikale Einrichtung, sehr guter Frühstücks-Service zu TOP-Preisen ( günstig ), Südamerikanische Musik, Restaurant im Kellergewölbe
