If you are looking for a hotel that is close to the airport, for short trips then this should be considered. This hotel is connected to all airport terminals via the complimentary airport shuttle service. The hotel is a short drive from the Rome city center as well as the largest mall in the country-Parco Leonardo. The good point is that you can return the rented car in the night, and cross the sky bridge to the hotel (instead of returning it in the morning with all traffic jam and pressure of time)
Room had smell of cigarrets.
Waited more than 5 minutes to answer the phone at reception.
The price should include breakfast
Besides the close distance to the Airport I do not see any other advantage.

If you take the free shuttle bus to city center. And you want to return and the bus is full, they let you there and do not care about you at all. The bus driver even doesn't call a taxi.

It was easy to access the hotel by train from Rome to Fumicino. After alighting the train it was a small walk to the hotel which was well sign posted. The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and great gym. One thing I didn't know about until I was there was the hotel shuttle into Rome and Fumicino. It would have been nice to know more about what the hotel offered so I could take full advantage of all the services.
Travel tip : Staying close to the airport was beneficial for all the obvious reasons. Staying at the airport Hilton outweighed all the extra hassles and costs that you would find staying elsewhere. A great choice.
