it was a very uncomfortable room: no window, the mattress is 90 cm while the bed is 70!! the internet was fair in the lobby but not accessible in the room. the safe was broken, I had to use the hotel main safe. the staff was nice e

Smart and lovely hotel. Perfect Stay
Perfect location, near Metro Station, walking distance from the Forum and city center

The Hotel Borromeo was a wonderful experience even for a short night sleep. The location is perfect specially because is just 100 meters form the metro "B" that takes you to the Termini Railroad station where you can change trains and go anywhere in Rome or even take other trains to visit other cities in Italy.
Next to the hotel is a tipical italian restaurant, and walking behinde the hotel is the "Monti" area where you can spend a nice evening at the many couzy wine bars and restaurants.
You can walk 5 minutes distance from the Forum, old ancient Rome, and also to the Collosseum or Piazza Venezia.
The hotel is very clean, comfortable.
The bathroom was super clean and the bed very relaxing.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can go walking distance to the ancient Forum.
