This charming hotel only two minutes walking distance from the Spanish Steps offers individually styled rooms and great atmosphere in a very central location. The Hotel Il Piccolo Di Piazza Di Spagna in Rome is close to many historic attractions like the Trevi Fountain and the Villa Borghese, and only two blocks from the famous shopping street Via Condotti. The hotel has elegantly decorated rooms with parquet flooring and satellite TV. Some rooms have picturesque balconies. The hotel serves an excellent breakfast and the friendly staff is happy to help with information.
Please note that all guest bookings with the period of stay from 1 January 2011 onwards must pay a city tax of 2 Euros per person per night directly to the hotel during the check-out for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. condition is just below average as the room is very small, my hubby is a little fatter than general but cannot fit in bath tab already.
Simple room with just bed and a chair, i personally not commend this accomodation again, its not a hotel afterall

This is a small hotel hidden on the 4th floor of the building. Got to use a very old style lift to get up there. Rooms are very small but location is great. Waling distance to Piazza Di Spagna and Trevi Fountain. Staffs are very friendly too.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Trevi fountain: try the Gelato around there. Between this and the Piazza Di Spagna are many small streets filled with interesting shops, and pizzaria.
