Very pleasant and relaxed
Centrally located, very friendly and attentive staff, free wi-fi in both public area and in the room.

We stayed 3 nights in La Residenza which was one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in Italy. It was our first time in Rome so it was very important for us to stay close to the main sightseeing spots i.e. Spanish steps. The buffet breakfast was classic and the bread was good. Definitely considered for my next trip to Rome.

The hotel is quite old but comfortable. Typically European! Just enough space and nothing elaborate!
Restaurant Tip:
Do not dine anywhere at via venuto. Too expensive with nothing exceptional.

Lovely hotel, great Service and big rooms

The hotel is clean and the rooms are big. The morning breakfast is nice with a wide selection. The hotels location is fantastic with the Spanish Steps, Bernini Fountain & The Trevi Fountain all within easy walking distance. The hotel reception staff could not have been nicer and were so helpful, nothing was to much bother for them. Hopefully we will be returning to beautiful room and I would stay here again.

地下鉄、バスの利用に便利でした。
トレビの泉やスペイン広場に１０分弱で行けるし、治安もいいです。
晴れた日はボルゲーゼまでお散歩するのもいいでしょう。
スタッフも観光等の質問に端的に詳しく教えてくれます。
帰国する際の車もホテルの手配で５５ユーロ（荷物込）でしてくれました。
また金曜の夜はホテル招待のカクテルパーティーがあり、軽い軽食とともにお酒がふるまわれました。宿泊者同士の交流もできて良いイベントでした。
ただ、施設は古めです。部屋からの眺めが良かったらいいな、と思いました。
