Upscale hotel in pleasant area

We were there for my birthday and for New Years Eve. We found that even though the hotel is located 13 km outside city center, it was easy to find transport also on the 31.Dec.
The room was spacious and well maintained. We enjoyed the possibility to go outside to our private little terrace.
We did not try the restaurant at the hotel, but was served free tea and treat as we had to wait 10 minutes for help in the reception area. Very nice.

great location, poor maintenance of the rooms.

Poor breakfast, I had to call the maintenance guy to clean the aircondition.
Large rooms suitable for 4 persons.
Shopping Tip:
An excellent shop for leaver articles at the begining of the pedestrian street in Solerno.

We only used the hotel for a quick overnight stop and arrived quite late. We thought the staff were particularly helpful and friendly and our room was very nice. We enjoyed breakfast and getting into the centre of Rome was fairly quick and easy. Unfortunately we arrived too late and left too early to use the pool - I had been hoping for a late night dip!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel location not as handy as I had hoped. You either need to take a couple of buses or book a car from Ciampino airport.

The hotel is easily reachable from the Grande Raccordo Anulare ring road, connected to all the main highways. Take the ring road exit n. 21-22, following the signs to Tuscolana-Anagnina. Proceed towards Frascati for about 2 km and then follow the indications that lead to the hotel.
By train
From the Termini railway station take the underground line A and get off at Anagnina. Take bus n. 046 and get off at the seventh stop, where you will find the hotel.
By airplane
The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the Ciampino airport and 30 minutes from the Fiumicino airport.
From Fiumicino airport take the highway until the ring road and then follow the above-said indications; or take the train to the Termini station and then follow the above-said directions on how to reach the hotel from there.
From Ciampino airport take the ring road and then follow the above-said indications; or take Cotral bus to the underground line A station of Anagnina and then bus n. 046 to the hotel.
