Decent for price, small rooms

hotel maintenance was not quite up to par for a 4-star hotel. nice big tub with hot water, great breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: If you love food, take the 'Eating Italy' tour.

This hotel is very close to the Manzoni station, and the staff is very friendly and helpful with regards to the travel info. The room is bit of small, but reasonable.

nice hotel with very helpful staff

hotel service was very nice, room was clean although slightly smaller in size. washroom was clean and the heating was not working the first day but once we informed the rception, the problem was fixed. breakfast was a treat, especially the desserts were to die for. staff was extremely helpful in guiding us to popular areas and since we lost our luggage at the airport, were very helpful while we located our luggage by calling rome airport

To tell you the truth, the prices of the room service are on the high side as well as all the other services, but the services are all excellent.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The location is also excellent, although the excursions were not advertised well enough.

Quiet and convenient location

St. Jones is a cosy and modern hotel, not far away from the major sightseeing spots. You can literally walk it the weather favours and you are not carrying heavy bags. Otherwise, it's more convenient to use the subway. I haven't located convenient places to dine in the hotel surroundings. Though, that was probably due to the short duration of my stay.

Location is good near Manzoni metro station, great breakfast with 8 different types of cheese and delicious strawberry jam but small bathroom which is acceptable.

Nice stay, convenient , only a short walk away from the bus stops and the metro. Very basic rooms with minimal toiletries. Free wifi and excellent staff at reception.
