Good location shame about the condition of hotel

The hotel suited my needs for a couple of days before departing Rome for home, the staff were helpful but the room was not as clean as it should and the breakfast was very poor.
Restaurant Tip:
If you are looking for a quality dining experience - modern Italian, great Wine List and excellent service: Ferrara Ristorante in the Trastevere is very good! And walking distance from the Hotel Tiziano

LOvely hotel with a classic atmosphere

located on one of the main roads (corso vittorio emanuele ii), the hotel is easily accessible from roma termini, using the infamous bus 64 (always packed with tourists since this bus terminates at termini and vatican; packed with tourists = pickpockets' paradise). very near to piazza novona, probably the one of the most touristy spots in rome. overall it's in the centre of rome, which is very convenient since rome is best (in my opinion) to be explored by walking around. the room and the overall hotel atmosphere is very classic, which suits the city. staff are nice and helpful, but breakfast is a bit of a let down. not that it's bad, but the options are too limited for a hotel of this quality. good cappuccino, though.

Great Location needs renovation
Excellent location within walking distance from main attractions

The hotel is on the main road going through the city center. We had a room to the back so it was not noisy. Parking is available but in a garage quite a walk away.
The whole hotel is old and run down and definitely not worth four stars. The location made up for the shortcomings in terms of comfort. Most major attractions are withing walking distance.
Overall OK.
