Solo travelers Italy, October 18, 2012	Good location, fine room but I prefer St view Location, helpful desk consierge , fiendly staff, clean. 9 I liked this Hotel, I may stay there again but, with so much choice in Rome, I'm not certain if I will. My room was fine as it was for a couple, my friend had a single, I wouldn't have been happy there as it was small. The rooms where close to one another, which was good but, they both looked at the courtyard, for that reason, they where dark, I prefer St view as I like to see the city life, also this type of rooms tend to be lighter. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: If you like to see the sights, (Sistine Chapel, Colosseum etc) get your tickets on line before hand, it will save you hours of queuing. I would recommend the excellent Restaurant "Antica Boheme" 5 Min from the Hotel Impero, Via Napoli 19. www.anticaboheme.it. Closes on Sunday.

Solo travelers Indonesia, September 26, 2012	Great Location with value for money Location is about 500 m from Termini (central train station) , Metro station for explore the city just for Eur 1,50 you can take Metro, bus, tram for duration 100 minute. 8 I get the standard room but the room is big, bathroom looks new, there's safety box inside the room and in the morning you can get simple breakfast. Just outside hotel there's lots of pizzaria and there's a small street stall open 24 hrs selling fruits, snacks and bottle water.

Solo travelers Australia, September 15, 2012	Big room with nice view Spacious, clean 8 I was surprised with the large size of the room and bathroom considering European hotels are often tiny. Free wifi would be a nice addition, but I was happy to pay for it in the end as it worked in all areas of the hotel. Continental breakfast was delicious! Restaurant Tip: Across the road is a diner type place - delicious Italian food!!

Hotel is very close to the station and shopping street (dont remember the name). Area was also quiet and i slept well.

About 3-4 blocks from Terminii. 8 Booked this hotel for a day-stay, as I was returning from a cruise and had a late-evening flight out of Rome. Wanted to sight-see during the day and wanted a place to leave my bag, sightsee, and shower/change before heading to the airport. Directions on the website are a little skewed, so I ended up lugging my bag in the too-warm morning farther than I anticipated. When you come out of the Terminii, you must go to the right and walk to the corner past the bus parking lot. Turn left at the corner and walk about 2-3 blocks up the street and the hotel is on the right. Less-than friendly check-in service and had to wait until 2pm anyway, but left my bag w/ the porter to do some sightseeing. Room was clean, nice little bathroom/shower, minibar, television with English channels, and good little restaurants and internet cafes nearby. Unfortunately, there is no iron available, and I was told there was a law in Italy that no irons may be used in hotel rooms...not too sure about that one. Elevator is teeny tiny. Restaurant attached to the lobby, although I didn't try it..would probably stay here again if I needed a quick place to stay close to the Terminii station. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Regular and hop-on-hop-off buses depart regularly from the Terminii station a few blocks from the hotel, so it's easy to get around to sight-see. The neighborhood is nice and if you walk up the street a couple of blocks and turn right a couple of blocks, you arrive at a cool shopping street. Lots of restaurants and great gelato abound.
