Hotel Policies

Please note that all guest bookings with the period of stay from 1 January 2011 onwards must pay a city tax of 2 Euros per person per night directly to the hotel during the check-out for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Janet B. Groups United States of America, June 01, 2012	Perfect location and delightful rooms The metro was just around the corner and of course the Spanish Steps are right outside. The rooms were large and very comfortable for two sisters traveling together. 10 The staff was very helpful and our room was a delight. It was quite large and the third bed was in an adjoining room. The bath is very modern. We combined this reservation with a Roma Pass and had a great location from which we could easily access the best of Rome. Hotel Feature Tip: Note that the congierge area on floor one is not at street level, but one floor above, while the rooms are on floor three. The elevator is very tiny but charming. The hotel is located facing the street in front of the Spanish Steps. If you turn the corner, you will be on the short street which accesses the Metro. You will need to read the small labels at the entryway and ring the buzzer.

Families with older children Japan, November 18, 2009	立地抜群のホテルでした。廊下でインターネットが誰でも簡単に使えるようになっているので、天気予報とかを調べるのに便利でした。カナ打ちはもちろんできませんが、日本のサイトも普通に開けました。 8.7 日本にはない西洋の建物で良かったです。玄関から部屋までの間に3つも鍵があったり、手動でエレベーターの扉の開閉をしたりと、なかなか楽しい体験ができました。セーフティーボックスも面白い所に隠れています。レストランはありませんが、部屋に食器・シルバー類がそろっているので、近所でサラダや生ハム、パンを買ってきて部屋で食べました。ジャムや紅茶、コーヒー、ビスケットは置いてありす（無料）。それと湯沸かしポットも付いています。備品はスリッパ、シャンプー類もあります。部屋は広いので、長期の滞在にも向いています。とてもオススメのホテルです！ Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: ホテルの目の前にタクシー乗り場、すぐ脇に地下鉄の入口がありとても便利。地下鉄の入口を入るとすぐに窓口があり、そこでローマパスを購入できました。使う当日に購入できて、とても便利でした！
