Please note that all guest bookings with the period of stay from 1 January 2011 onwards must pay a city tax of 3 Euros per person per night directly to the hotel during the check-out for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. From the lobby & public areas to the rooms/suites it feels solid, substantual & expensive! . If you want to feel like you're living the dream - stay here!!

Central location, very clean, big bathroom, good (free) Wi-Fi, very professional staff. 8 A real five-star experience. Very informative and professional staff. Great location. Good Wi-Fi. Clean rooms with big bathrooms. However, the room itself is very small for the price. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: There are numerous bus tours in Rome. Our experience was that Ciao Roma had half as many buses as the other tour companies and therefore we had very long waits to get on the bus. We also found some of their staff to be very rude and poorly informed of the bus schedule. After discussing with people taking tours on both 110open and Roma Cristiana we recommend either of those tour companies over Ciao Roma.
