Convenient and good hospitality offered staff.

The staff was superb and very helpful.
The location is great and not that noisy, as it's located in one of the side street.
Rooms are clean and more importantly air cond works ,which was hot when we were there in april.
Breakfast is pretty average, as it will fill you up but don't expect more than that.
overall good stay, and would recommend to friends.

B and B in an old, well located palazzo

Once you have found the correct door bell of the "Suite", you enter in an old fashioned palazzo, which is nevertheless well kept, you take a fenced-in lift to thereafter enter a flat with great antique looking rooms with all the facilities you need. No luxury but charm.
Breakfast is served to your room and is slightly better than the typical Italian hotel breakfast.
In the vicinity you find great restaurants and St. Peters is in walking distance, so is the Metro station "Otaviano"

Very nice B&B and very friendly staff

Haveing never benn in Rom I did not know what will expect me in on the lodging side. I booked the B&B because it was one of the cheapest with good Reviews. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was not very changable but since I like sweet breakfast it was good for me. It was a room Service type of breakfast since they have no Restaurants ( It is a older unfunctioned Appartement) I would efinatly stay there again if I go again to rom

Le Suite Di Via Ottaviano -is nice hotel situate near Vatican City, Just 10 minutes walk,
and near shopping street in Rome, near Michaele Angelo 's Castle,
hotel serve Breakfast in room, which is very nice.
We can use Roma Pass to take Bus and Subway, to Colossium which do not need to queue,
You can see Vatican from hotel window.

hotel just only 10 minutes walk to Vatican city, and we can take bus to Colossium,
Spain Bridge and shopping center in Rome

very close to vatican and metro station

very easy to reach by metro, and we can find it in the GPS.
very close to vatican city, good room, good receptionist, i would like to go back to this place whenever i come to roma again.
there is laundry close by,
nice room and bed, have safe deposit,
really nice place to stay like a normal romans citizen.

The hotel was close to Vatican. Our first stop in room. The welcome drink was such a fine touch.. After tiring travel from Paris. If one just needs a Bed and near attractions and landmarks, this is a good place to stay, not expensive, and good value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Expect a good bed after timing sight seeing. Not so high expectation will help
enjoy this stay... Rome is a handful of experience and the hotel is a tourist help.

Needed wifi so that was very important amentiy.
Restaurant Tip:
The Chinese restaurant Ne Hou about 1 block away, Great food , good prices.

It is more like an apartment, but the rooms are like in a hotel. Dont expect a regular reception or bell desk. Quite a bit of carrying your own stuff. The owner was very friendly. The elevator carries 2 suitcases plus 2 pax at any one time. But it served our purpose. Breakfast was served in our room (no restaurant, of course.) We loved the looks of the room. Really far from a regular hotel look.
Location in a bustling shopping area just outside the Vatican wall. Tram service and taxi stand was a 2 minute walk away. St.Peter's Square ad Vatican museum were a 15 min stroll away each in opposite directions. But we enjoyed the walk.

Good B & B with excellent service and location.

we stayed at le suite twice, two nights arriving from states ( test to see if ok) and five nights, two weeks later, before returning home. clearly, we were satisfied and decided to return. some of the appliances, (e.g.,plumbing) needed fixing/ upgrading, but they really tried to make things right.
it is a 5-10 minute walk to st. peter's, and a three minute walk to the octivanio metro station.
people have complained about the breakfast, but since we did not want to overeat after a 12 day cruise, we found the assortment of bread/cake sufficient and the coffee good and plentiful. that plus orange juice were more than sufficient for us.
the price was excellent for this location in rome! you more than received what was paid for. we'd recommend a larger, corner room, which was given to us for the same price the 2nd time we were there.

the rooms were clean and well serviced. the reception people were not available most of the time. found it difficult to identify the hotel as it is in an apartment building and the hotel is on the fourth floor. you have to press the intercome outside the building for someone to open the door. you have to go to the fourth floor in an elevator that can only fit one person with their luggage. breakfast was continental and the same everyday served in your room. we enjoyed our stay but felt there should be someone at reception all day or at least a contact number.
