Clean hotel but bad service
good location, small room, bad service

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel. There was one staff who was very rude. In the last night of our staying, the heater didn't work. I called to the reception and the staff told me that he forgot to turn on a machine and I need to wait for some time for the machine to work. An hour later the room was still freezing, I called the receptionist and was asked to wait for another half an hour. And after half an hour, I called him again to complain that my room was still cold, he kept trying to explain that the machine needed some time to work until it became warmer. I asked him to go to my room to check the heater. He came in and could not do anything. He told me "it didn't work, what can I do?". This time I felt really annoyed and asked him to change another room for me but he left and shut the door in front of me when I was talking.
In the next morning I complained about the room and the rude staff with his colleague and this made him upset. When we checked out, I needed to make a phone call to the taxi that we had booked. I asked the receptionist to let me make a phone call. He said I need to pay & I agreed. But he didn't give me the hotel phone to use, in stead he gave me his cell phone and he threw the phone onto the table in front of me. I couldn't say anything to this guy. He was the worst hotel staff I have ever met.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Colosseum, Piazza de Venezia, Piazza del Pietro and Vatican are a must-see locations. You can take a map at the hotel and can take bus to get there, it's easy and cheap. Otherwise, you can buy a city sightseeing for 1 day and choose the best locations to stop.
