Good location, but not 4 stars

The room is clean and staffs were friendly, but the hotel itself doesn't appear to be a 4 stars rating at all to me (it seems like a 2 or 3 stars max). The lobby and the rooms are very small and it looks old. Showers are not working properly. Or maybe Rome is just old and dirty in general?
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There are plenty to see in Rome. Vatican City, the museum, the old roman buildings, just too much to name. compare to some other european cities, Rome is less develop and has a higher crime rate. so really got to watch out for pick pockets.

Great location and nice rooms
very good location near Metro and main scienic spot in walking distance. Very nice and clean rooms and helpful staff. Safe area.

it's worth of the price. nice and clean rooms but not big. very good locatoin near metro and all scenic spots in walking distance. also near termini train station & in safe area. breakfast is simple. all staff is friendly and helpfull. free wifi in room is available but signal is not very strong.overall, this 4 star hotel is worth recommandation.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
it's no need to buy Roma pass since all scenic spots are in waliking distance.
