Great Location, a Vintage Hotel with character
The helpful, friendly front desk staff, The great location in the heart of Navona, The major historical sites were within walking distance from the hotel.

There were no problems with check-in, we were expected, and no issues with our check-out. The front staff were helpful, however there often was no one at the counter when we required assistance. The breakfast service was available for an adequate length of time, a generous breakfast buffet, however it was the same every day we were there. We appreciated the usage of a small refrigerator for all the guests. We had our choice of rooms, and selected one facing the street. We really should have moved further back into the hotel as the noise from the street was often overwhelming. We loved the vintage elevator, fun to use. The best thing about this hotel was most certainly it's location. We could easily walk everywhere. On an adjacent street we found a convenient market, banking services, lots of cafes and possibly the best Gelato in Rome. The only real criticism would be the quality of the pillows,some of them definitely needed to be replaced. On a future visit I would probably stay there again.

Very good. Francesco who manned the reception was welcoming and most accommodating . Was able to use their Internet in my room. Almost all interesting places can be easily reached by walking. Near shopping areas and good restaurants

The room supplied all my needs, a roomy closet, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good strong shower with hot water. The breakfast is plentiful and fresh. There were a lot of choices for breakfast. The room was cleaned every day. I felt safe. Hot water was supplied daily so I could make myself hot tea or coffee any time of the day or night. A refridgerator was also available to store food. Hot plates were also made available to heat up my food.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is centrally located. It is walking distance to all the sites in Rome and to great shopping near the Spanish Steps. There is a very good daily market two blocks away where you can purchase souveniers, fresh fruit and vegetables. They provide you with a map and staff speaks English in order to answer your questions.

we stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, and were kind of disappointed because there wasn't a refrigerator in the room, no safe and no internet. the breakfast was quite poor. we thought that we will get a bit more for this price. however, i must say that the staff was very kind and that the location was very good. everything is in a walking distance. the rooms are clean. it would be a good idea to redesign the place
i would recommend this place if the only thing that you care about is the location

The Location is really very convenient. It is at a walking distance from almost, most of the major attractions from Vatical city to Colosseum. The Staff is friendly. But the there are no frills in the hotel. The rooms are good, but the rooms with windows facing the road are very noisy. When I complained about it they got my room changed to the big and one at the back and then it was really peaceful. There is no internet and TV in many of the rooms.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Please insist on the rooms with Windows not facing the road, if you want to have a peaceful sleep.
