Set in a historic palace, this newly renovated hotel offers excellent value for money only three minutes walk from the central railway station. The historic attractions of central Rome are only a 15 minute walk away, and several bus stops are only a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. The Milani Rome Hotel in Rome has large, elegantly furnished rooms, marble floors, very clean bathrooms, satellite TV and wireless internet access in public areas. The hotel serves a great American buffet breakfast and the surrounding area has many lively cafés, restaurants and bars.

the hotel was fantastic. the rooms were cozy and the hotel was located close to the terminal station. we checked in early but we got our rooms very quickly. the breakfast was fantastic.

Good advice from front desk.
Close to rail termini station so always accessible.
recommended.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is an excellent cafe/restaurant floriens just at the squafre around the corner (75m). Great for evening meals, breakfasts, coffees.... recommended

Very Central location to all transport services.
This location was very central and ideal for stopovers for travellers coming from the Airport via Train or Shuttle bus as the drop off is Central Station only one block away from the Hotel, but make sure you have a map with you, so you can walk across to the Hotel, you definately do not need to get a taxi. The only downside for this hotel is the traffic conjestion and beggers that tend to hand around the station during the day, but this is Rome in general really. My room for a single was very large, you could get Wifi for a charge in the reception area my friends had it included with their room cost but this still only operated in the reception area. The Breakfast room was very plain (no style) but the food was good with an adequate variety.

Overall a good place to stay but I do not believe I would stay long term in this area, as I stated above a great location for a stopover from the airport as it is very close to Central station for the Train from the Airport and the Shuttle Bus drop off point. Make sure you have a map to walk the one block to the Hotel from Central Station, if you case is not huge and you can negoiate the paths it is only one block away.

From the Termini train station, you can easily reach the hotel by foot. Exit the station onto Piazza dei Cinquecento square. Take Via Vicenza and then turn left onto Via Magenta. If you are touching down at Fiumicino International Airport, take the Leonardo express local train which departs every 30 minutes for the Termini train station; then follow the above indications. From Ciampino International Airport, take the bus to the Anagnina underground station (line A). Take the metro to the Termini train station; then follow the above indications.
