Couples United Kingdom, June 11, 2012	Average hotel Very modern room 5.3 the pool was closed and we were informed it would be until next year the only reason we booked this hotel was as it had a pool. the service was poor and we had to complain many times at reception and speak to manager on two different occasions . it was like being out at work having to sort out problems on a daily basis with this hotel Travel tip: Not a relaxing place to stay as this hotel is badly organised
