excellent decoration, location and breakfast buffe

the hotel is well decorated - elegant and classic. the room is a bit small but still comfortable. some problems with the air-conditioning - seems like it needs some repairs and we did call the front desk for a few times to fix it. the location is good though, well situated in a posh, high-end area.

I booked Regina Hotel Baglioni after 10 days of very busy traveling .It was as per the Agoda reviews 8.6+ and a real treat. The hotel is very nice ,close to some great restaurants Spanish Steps Trevi Fountain and good shopping. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.The Hotel was the cleanest I had stayed in during my stay and the day spa massage and fruit tea guaranteed me a relaxing sleep.The breakfast had a great variety served in the magnificent dining area .
I will stay again next trip .

They did not have our reservation even though I had confirmation from Agoda. Tried telling me it was last minute, it was made 6 weeks earlier. eventually sorted it out but it could have been a disaster if they were sold out which in late July is not unheard of. Concierge and front desk superb, 10 min walk to Metro, 15 min walk to Spanish Steps, beautiful safe area to walk around. Had a great time.
Restaurant Tip:
San Marco on Sardegnia 38 was amazing. Pizza and Pasta, special orders, fantastic they ruined eating pizza in north America for me. Ate there our last 2 nights.
