The best location in Rome
The location is so central to all the sites in Rome. Rooms are very clean. Front staff is very helpful. There are so many fantastic restaurants within walking distance.

cons:
-the breakfast is basic and indoors. this was fine in the winter, but i would prefer on a terrace in the summer, which alot of places offer.
-no elevators, so if you are on the 3rd or 4th floor, it's a long haul with heavy suitcases.
-our double room was small, 321. the bathroom had no counter space for toiletries and a very small standup shower.
Travel tip:
There are only 10 rooms in this property, so it feels very comfortable and homey. The two rooms on the top floor are junior suites with open air terraces off of them. They are much larger than our room was.

Friendly and inviting hotel
Terrace was a great way to enjoy some romance in Rome

Great location with an easy cab from the train station and walking distance to all the sights. Bit of a walk of the stairs but the staff were more than insistent on helping with luggage. Overall, this was a very accommodating and friendly hotel and staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Restaurant Tip:
Little family run restaurant around the corner was a a staff tip and highly recommended. It's pretty tough to find non-tourist food around the main attractions so it was a welcome change.
