Fabulous hotel in centre of Rome
Staff, service, cleanliness, great rooms, lovely garden.

best hotel i have ever stayed in. staff all incredibly helpful and friendly. lovely rooms. great restaurant. nice terraced garden at back of hotel. good location in centre of rome - 30 min walk to vatican one way and 30min to colloseum the other. one minor gripe is charge for internet access - should be free at this nightly rate. just a minor complaint as otherwise absolutely perfect.

the hotel de russie is located in a perfect location. we walked everywhere and the spanish steps were very close. the restaurant staff was especially friendly and went above and beyond to accomadate us. the hotel grounds were beautiful. the rooms were nice but small and the bedding could have been more comfortable. we had a pleasant stay and i would reccommend this hotel to friends.
