The location is very handy with just ~150m to the central station with direct bus connection to the airports and the staff was good at english and generally efficient. All in all though 4 stars seems a bit high, room standard more of a 3 star hotel and the room was pretty small as well.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Terrific restaurant called Mamma Angela's right around the corner. Great laundromat very close too. All the major attractions in Rome a half hour to hour walk away.

located only 5 min walk from the termini(main train station in rome)which is quite convenient when leaving from rome to other cities. staying in the termini area will save you quite some money for taxi or bus fare. room is nice and clean, although like all hotels i stayed in italy, all smelled like maldew. i guess it has something to do with their weather. for the price i paid, i'd say it's worth every penny of it.
service wise, the first guy we met when checking in was not so nice. no smile whatsoever even when all of us smiled at him. maybe his cat die? the rest of staffs are all nice and friendly. so depending on whom you run into, if based on the first guy, i would give no stars at all for service. it's the rest of staffs are wonderful that saved this hotel on the service category.

overall was a good stay. having the train station 3 blocks away is a big plus. downside would have to be that there wasn't a lot of space in the bathroom to put down toiletries. we stayed in a triple room and i slept in the single bed...was too soft and not really comfortable. nice to have free wifi. overall good experience

the decoration is western,different from general hotel in China.It's clean, but small.near the railway station, but we have found the wrong direction,and spend a lot time to find it, actually,it's only 5 to 10 minutes from the station to the hotel

Room was very nicely decorated with damask on the walls and lots of antiques. We booked a standard triple room and the room was very small - hard to move around. Room very clean. Had a court yard in back that was pleasant. Staff helpful in providing information in getting around Rome. Would recommend this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Use the subway to get around when possible. It is only a short walk from the hotel to the train station. Subway very easy to use once you get your orientation.
