The room is nice and comfy, and the hotel is located in great area which allow me to use many Metro. The most thing that i love is the lovely and smiley staffs who always willing to help me with location and direction.
Cant wait to go back
Shopping Tip:
Go to Printemp area coz it has everything there from high street to high end.

Very near Spanish steps (underground station Spagna)and easy to found. Just one step out you can buy all kind of luxury items. Shower room is tiny. Staff speak fluent English and helpful.

The stay at Royal Palace was not very fantastic. The room was super small, especially the toilet, it is so miserable and depressing when you walked in. No hanger to hang your clothes, no vanity top to even put your simple toiletries. Was quite disappointed actually. Luckily I found comfort in the good Italian food and excellent shopping close by the hotel.... the only restaurant at the hotel is serving very good food too!

The floow will get wet when yoouu are bathing.

It was initially a challenge to find the location as the hotel is hidden in a lane lined with eateries - the taxi driver dropped us at a distance and we walked to and fro to finally find it. The staff are friendly and conversant in English. We could book day tours at the reception. The location is superb - next to a tourist spot/ iconic landmark and a subway station and high fashion shopping area and eateries district. The minus is, the lift is just too small and the room a bit small to be regarded as superior double. Good value though.

hotel was very good and the location was excellent. the service was very good. the staff was friendly. we went to france and italy for our honeymoon and it's pleasant stay. overall it's good and convenient.
p.s. taxi fee is very expensive in europe and it'd be much better to stay near train/metro station.
