the overall performance of the hotel is good and if you book it in a good price like i did from agoda its a good choice!!!the hotel is good and in a very best location,so you can have acess almost everywhere.the hotel is clean ,the breakfast its ok,the reastarant is not cozy and what i didnt like at all ...is the shower1!is stuck on the wall so you have to stay under and wait for the water to run!!!i recomended in a friend.Savoy is a good hotel and Rome its great place to go...have fun!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : 10 meters via veneto!!!10min walk villa borgeze,spanish steps,fondana di trevi!!!go!!!

Staff exceptionally helpful, the roof terrace bar was lovely, location ideal Charge for internet usage, rooms a little small but perfectly adequate We stayed here for a long weekend 27th Feb - 2nd March 2009. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful, including allowing us to check into our room at 11am and booking us a taxi back to the airport with a pre-agreed price. Breakfast was basic but you can fill up for the day, and the hotel's in a great location, within easy walking distance of all the sights and near to some lovely restaurants on the Via Veneto. I'd definitely stay here again if I returned to Rome.

Directions :
From the North: From the Grande Raccordo Anulare (Rome's ring-road), exit at Flaminio and head towards the Centro (city-centre). Proceed along Via Flaminia Nuova for approximately 3 km until you reach the end of the road, then turn right. Follow via delle Belle Arti until you reach the Muro Torto (city-walls). From here take via di Porta Pinciana and then via Ludovisi.
From the East: Exit the Autostrada Roma Est highway at Rome and at the end of the road turn left towards San Giovanni. From San Giovanni, head down via Merulana towards Santa Maria Maggiore. From Santa Maria Maggiore follow directions towards Stazione Termini, then proceed down Via Veneto and onto Via Ludovisi.
