the overall performance of the hotel is good and if you book it in a good price like i did from agoda its a good choice!!!the hotel is good and in a very best location,so you can have acess almost everywhere.the hotel is clean ,the breakfast its ok,the reastarant is not cozy and what i didnt like at all ...is the shower1!is stuck on the wall so you have to stay under and wait for the water to run!!!i recomended in a friend.Savoy is a good hotel and Rome its great place to go...have fun!

Staff exceptionally helpful, the roof terrace bar was lovely, location ideal Charge for internet usage, rooms a little small but perfectly adequate We stayed here for a long weekend 27th Feb - 2nd March 2009. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful, including allowing us to check into our room at 11am and booking us a taxi back to the airport with a pre-agreed price. Breakfast was basic but you can fill up for the day, and the hotel's in a great location, within easy walking distance of all the sights and near to some lovely restaurants on the Via Veneto. I'd definitely stay here again if I returned to Rome.

Friendly staff, close communication points Got room that had a toilet that smelled. Probably smells from the sewers. Due. that we had a toilet that had a disgusting smell that will not, we recommend the hotel. It is a fatal lack of communication when such errors are not reported to be responsible. The best part was helpful and friendly staff at reception and one of Rome's better districts. Breakfast was of good standard with many nice people.
