Perfect "airport" hotel

Very convenient hotel with great front-desk service. Staff was able to provide advice on where to eat nearby, where to get gas fill-up on way to airport, and where within the airport to return our rental car. Very well-priced hotel given its proximity to expensive Rome. Only downside is the shower stall is extremely small, but this is a small point.
Other downside is this booking agency (Agoda). Even if you specify the room is for two, the booking defaults to 1 person and you have to pay an extra 20 Euros when you check in. This is an obvious attempt by Agoda to make their pricing favorable relative to others. The hotel told us they have had this complaint about Agoda many times before.

Nice boutique hotel with spacious room

I chose this hotel based on the reviews from other travel website and was very satisfied. It is a boutique hotel, so feels more intimate and home-like than the chain hotels. The staff members were very friendly and helpful with the restaurant information, shuttle arrangement, public transportation information, etc. The room I stayed was very spacious with nice cool tile floor. Bathroom was also quite large with nice amenities. The breakfast included many selections for the bread, fruits, drinks, etc. The shuttle service to the airport was very smoothly arranged by the staff members and the taxi from the airport to the hotel was only 8.40 euro oneway(although usually it would be around 15 euro). There are many restaurants near by the hotel including Japanese and Chinese in addition to Italian, and the next door restaurant was excellent!

It's one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. That was my first night in Italy, and this hotel made me feel like at home. It's a lovely hotel and very near to the airport.The atmasphere was warm and relaxing there. The receptionist was very warm-hearted, helpful and responsible. It was such a pleasant experience, I would be glad to come back in the future.

The breakfast was lovely.

The hotel is a gem located about 5-10 minutes by car from the airport. The people working there are very nice and helpful. It is only a couple blocks from the river front where you have about 40 fish restaurants to choose from. The double room was large and linens are top notch. I liked that I could release the curtains easily from the tie backs to fully black out the light from the windows.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There isn't a standard hotel type shuttle. We went all over the airport looking for it and ended up taking a taxi which cost 9 euros. The taxi service guys and the driver did not know where the hotel was . Fortunately I had a screenshot of a map with a drop pin for the hotel on my iPad. We used the iPad with screen shots like this several times in Europe and Morocco.

Nicely-appointed boutique hotel

The staff was very helpful upon our arrival, with info about restaurants and the airport. It turned out their strongly recommended restaurant was expensive and only so-so in terms of service, especially lacking in English. Not the exceptional fresh seafood evening we had been led to expect.
Room was very nicely decorated, but AC only worked when key was in the slot (i.e. when we were in the room), and it never got high enough to make much difference during an uncomfortable Italian heat wave. Breakfast was more basic than in some hotels, but had a little of the sliced meats and cheeses, pastries, cereal and fruit we had discovered were plentiful in selection in some other Italian hotels.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Because of AC issues, not the best stay option for North American tourists during the summer months.

We were only at the hotel overnight as we were leaving the next morning from Rome Airport. Great option for those wanting to be near the airport. Shuttle service was especially appreciated.
Restaurant Tip:
Hotel Seccy is within easy walking distance of the sea and a wide range of restaurants, many featuring the fresh catches of the day.
