The Siracusa is across from Rome’s main train station and provides an excellent base from which to embark on an exploration of the ancient sights and beyond into the Roman provinces. Rooms are functional and come with shower, toilet , basin, bidet, television, telephone, hair drier, safe, and air conditioning. A large buffet breakfast is included. The immediate vicinity provides the traveler with a glimpse of Rome’s frenetic city life but the charming more relaxed way of life can be found during one’s wanderings in the city too.All said, the hotel is very well situated for getting around Rome and reasonably priced.

Close to the train station.
Helpful front desk.
Room was so small there were no room for a regular twin size bed. So you sleep on a narrow cot. Stuffy and warm and no air.
