Housed in an historical building, the hotel has been recently refurbished to offer guests a more pleasant stay. From here guests are walking distance to the Termini Station, and relatively close to the Repubblica, Naiadi's Fountain, and Via Nazionale. It's nice to stay in this hotel, but lift is too small to board. And it's not going to ground floor at all. Either we should get down in 1st floor to go to ground floor or -1 to come back to 0. Rooms are not spacious. Its good that they provided internet services via WiFi but we are not able to upload photos though that internet service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Stay near to Roma Termini. Plan for 4 days stay.

Safe, great location w/ helpful & courteous staff
Safe as it is located near the embassy of Turkey which has a 24-hour army guard. The veranda with plants, garden set & swing is nice & relaxing.

Hotel Siviglia was recommended by a friend who's based in Rome. We were 5 and we've booked 2 adjacent rooms , 1 triple & 1 double. Hotel is lovely but old. Veranda is nice! The cabinet door can hardly be opened. Room is cozy but airconditioning's not so good. Room temp limited to 20 degrees. Worst was there were ants which feasted on our chocolates & mints.
Buffet breakfast has great & wide selection, but it was the same stuff for our 4-day stay in the hotel.We initially enjoyed the fruits on Day 1 but there was no refill in the next days.
Thanks to the friendly, helpful & courteous staff in the reception & housekeeping!
