Good location. Just a 5 min walk from Termini train staion.
Air con did not work. Very basic hotel.
A very good location in the heart of Rome. Plenty of sights are just a walk away, or you can get the bus just opposite the hotel. That is a sight seeing bus that takes you around all the main sites and the metro is only 5 mins away. The hotel is very basic in facilities. We went in October and although it was 21 degrees outside, the hotel would not put on the air con on and put the heating on instead as it was classed as winter time. The breakfast in the mornings is adequate, however ensure you get there early as they run out of food very quickly and do not seem to replenish it. It is a continental buffet breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The tour bus stop is opposite the hotel

Very close to Roma Termini
I found it very good. We were there for one night and we found room very clean and comfortable. Its plus point is that it is very close to Roma termini from where you can reach any place of Rome in few minutes. Overall good hotel. Person at reception was good.
