Superb Location, tidy rooms, helpful staff
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, makes the stayall that much better.

The room was nice and large and very tidy with separate lounge and bedroom area. The bathroom was also of a nice size with more than sufficient hotwater and pressure.
The staff at this hotel rivals those of much pricer places, if not better. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the city and will go out of their way to make sure that your stay in Milan is comfortable. And the bonus part, their English is by far the best we have encountered in Italy.
Would highly recommend this superbly located hotel to anyone looking at travelling to Milan.
Only little grip we have is our room had a view of a concrete wall and pipes - but that's to be expected for a hotel that backs onto various buildings. Didn't bother us too much as the Duomo was just a few steps away anyway.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le personnel de l'hôtel qui nous a proposé un rafraîchissement et offert un boisson au bar de l'hôtel valable pour la durée de notre séjour. De plus nous avons été surclassé dans une suite junior. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, salle de bain avec douche et baignoire des grande.
Le bar sur la toiture terrasse de l'hôtel est magnifique de nuit et l'accès est possible de jour même si le bar est fermé pour y faire des photos.
Un très bon souvenir et un hôtel à retenir pour notre prochain séjour à Rome
