very impressed at the first arrived.Good service and helpful staff. Piano Bar, food and drink are very enjoy.Nice room clean value for money but small bottle of still water. Comparing with a price that we pay.
Restaurant Tip:
Many good restaurant about five minute walk from the hotel. not far from shopping centre

Fine Star Grade?St.Redis！
静かな部屋、手動の開閉の古いエレベーター、地下鉄の駅が近い

チェックイン後、1時間待たされた挙句、案内されたのは、エレベータからもっとも遠い角部屋。角部屋だけに窓からの景観に期待しましたが、見えるのは隣のオフィスだけ。ベランダには鍵が掛かっており出ることもできず、換気の為窓を開けることもできません。ゆえに非常に静かで、全く他の音は聞こえない静かな部屋！満室状態とは思えず、部屋の選択待遇に疑問を感じました。1月に予約を入れ、4月末に訪問、2泊しました。早期予約していると思いますが、決して安いホテルではないのに残念。（AGODAで、あちこち20か所以上は宿泊していますが、こんなことはなかったように思う）。また、フロントの応対は、これがSt.Redisか？と全く残念です。チェックイン、アウト、両替など係りが決まっているのでしょうが、並んで待っている状態で、同じカウンターにいるMGRらしき人物や奥の事務所の人は、知らん顔状態。尋ねると係りに言ってくれとのこと。その他英語での問いかけにイタリア語返ってくるなど全くゲストを大切にしていると感じられず不快感を感じずにはいられませんでした。レストラン、ドアボーイは、普通です。ホテル内装や部屋内装は、写真の通りですが、写真から感じ取る厳かな雰囲気は、ホテルマンの対応の悪さで打ち消され、イメージダウン。 と、まったく価値がありません。初めてのSt.Redisですがが残念の極みでした。
