The room is small (at least much smaller than what seems to be from the photos), but with modern design. The room I was given is facing an enclosed triangle (like a well), not really good for ventilation. The aircon can only be turned on for at most 30 mins (has a timer), and will be inconvenient when the weather is cold or hot. The location is good, close to major attractions either by foot or by bus (81? or 82? right next to the hotel and goes to major attractions). The staff are very friendily and helpful. The breakfast is good. The internet is free but slow and unstable at times.

breakfast was good. Service was friendly. Near to the Vatican and Metro.

Room allocated was smaller than described online. We had to squeeze between the bed and the wall to get the bathroom. If one of us sit at the desk, the other cannot get into the bathroom. When we queried, they changed us to a bigger room. But the bathroom became smaller. Both rooms had no views, the window opens into the air well.

New, modern boutique hotel.

We took a taxi from Rome Termini station and reached the hotel in approximately 10 mins. Staff were friendly, rooms were modern and clean. Twenty One hotel is only 15 minutes walk to The Vatican City with shops and restaurants at the main street.

close to metro so easy to get to all big attractions, walking distance from the vatican

Great hotel, rooms were nice and modern and clean. Breakfast included was ok. Close to great restaurants and shopping and attractions close by. Would definitely stay here again
