Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Decent hotel in good location
7
Located near Roma Termini, about 8 minute walk with luggage. Located on a relatively quiet street so no noticeable car noise at night. A bit of neighboring construction during the day but it wasn't a problem since I was out most of the time. Easy walk to main attractions. About 15 minutes to colloseum, half an hour to Spanish steps and high fashion label shops, 20 minutes to pantheon and Trevi fountain. So many sights to take in and little lane ways to explore so I would suggest walking rather than taking metro to be best way to experience Rome. There's a handy little restaurant on corner of block that does great pizzas for less than 10 euros. Breakfast is included in room price, standard cold meats, cheeses, breads, fruits and pastries. Not the best breakfast but good enough to fuel you through to lunchtime. I didn't eat too much as I wanted to save myself for a day full of pizza and pasta elsewhere. Room was quite small and located next to a smokers room so it smelt a little of cigarettes but wasn't too much of an issue. Bathroom quite small but clean. Rooms were services everyday as expected. Wifi not that fast so had trouble video chatting but adequate for simple web browsing. Service was decent with a map provided upon arrival and tours can be organized and paid through front desk. Note the most European hotels have a city tax that isn't included in room prices normally, about 3 euros a night.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Convenient location and easy to get to main station

Ovrerrated hotel, 4* but really 2* only!
3.3
We were very disapointed with the hotel. Suppose to be 4*, but we would only rate it 2*...
Paid high price for a very tired hotel, in need of refurbishment. Breakfest not very good, coffe from the machine only. No bar in the hotel and no Gym. There was a room called "Gym"...but it had few old machines and looked dipressing!
Travel tip:
Do not stay there

Great location but a very small room

the only thing i enjoyed about this hotel was it's location (near colosseum, via nazionale, etc.) and the style of the interieur - but not my room, which was unbelievably small, bed not so comfortable. at least the room was quiet.

Excellent for tourist in Rome
Clean rooms, comfortable beds (Except the fact that those are 2 beds combined together and not one queen size bed). The location is excellent.

Quite desappointing staying
5.7
I was disappointed of my staying because of:
- the size of the room: really small
-the staff during breakfast: they were rough and did not take care of customet.
Moreover the breakfast room was to small--> people had to take the breakfast outside in November!
Otherwise, at the reception the staff was very kind. The hotel is well located in the city (was possible to go to the colosseum walking/ plenty of good restaurants close to the hotel).
To summarize: well located hotel that do not deserve 4 stars from my point of view.

Quaint hotel on a quiet alley
Nice, quaint looking hotel
5.7
Hotel is nice and quaint. Helpful reception staff. Nice patio area that looks out to parts of Rome.
However, it is some distance away from the metro station. Avoid getting a room on the top floor as the floor is not served by an elevator.

Lovely hotel, great location but small room.
Staff were very friendly and most helpful
7.7
I liked the hotel and its location. Would book here again if I was to return to Rome. The staff were very helpful, especially as I was ill during my stay and needed a medical attention. They did all they could to help me during this time.
Shopping Tip:
Great location for some great shopping in Via Nazonale.

GREAT LOCATION BUT SMMALL ROOMS
GREAT LOCATION AND NICE ROOMS
8.3
i find this hotel at very convenient position to visit Rome and to shopping, but inside should impruve the rooms to be moor confortable, the shower box to be moor big, i think need a good design. The service it's ok but can be improoved, i also suggest to use the up floor terrace as roof wiev bar. The price it's ok but should not be moor expensive advice will not be convenient compare others hotels.
