Very friendly and helpful staff.
Free WiFi.
Very clean and tidy.
Good central location, close to Termini Station.
Nice communal areas.
Excellent restaurant directly opposite Hotel. Poor Breakfast. Could do with more choice.
More channels on TV, including english speaking and digital channels.
The Windrose Hotel is ideally placed being only a couple of minutes walk from the Termini Station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and even provided me with a free glass of wine to help me relax when I had my wallet stolen.
The hotel is very clean and tidy with pleasant communal areas where there is free WiFi which I found very useful.
Although it doesn't provide meals other than breakfast, there is a very good restaurant opposite serving Italian food and an excellent Salad Bar which is very good value for money.
My only complaint (and I've seen this in other reviews of this Hotel) is that there is not enough choice for breakfast. A little bit of bacon and scrambled egg for breakfast would change this hotel from very good to excellent
Restaurant Tip : Restaurant opposite Hotel is very good. Pizzas are enormous and very tastey and the salad bar is excellent. Wide range of well cooked Italian/European food.
