We had a triple room in a separate apartment 2 doors down the listed address. There were only 2 rooms in this apartment, hence it felt like we rented the whole apartment. The room was pretty decent, the best part was the fully equipped kitchen that even had an oven. The location was quite near to st marks and near the water bus stops.

Location is not as expected

The room that we stayed is about 10 mins walk away from the location stated in Agoda. It is near to the Arsenale main street which is not too that bad.Room is big but the ceiling is wooden and looks old.

another 200+ metres from casa mia but private and adequate to walk to main points of interest in venice.it was cold and no heaters worked. rooms gloomy with low light.go to the bus stop after arsenale the walk is easier.

make sure you get fans in summer and heaters in winter.

This apartment was a super nice stay for the two of us, and provided a romantic atmosphere for our time in venice. This apartment provides you with a lot of space to relax, enjoy washing (laundry), kitchen, and big bedroom. It is a little further away from the main attractions, but if you are ok with taking the ferries to Arsenal, then it was a nice getaway.
If you're looking for something different than just a small hotel room, then I would suggest this place.

the apartment is huge with kitchen and all the things you need. Owners are friendly. It's located quite not near the train sation, you have to take water bus and then talk, for those who travel with less and light luaggue is a good choice as when you walking to the apartment, you have to pass two bridges.
Anywhere there is no wifi in the aprtment. For those who cannot live without internet, this is not the place for you. Lol.
NO breakfast as well, but there is a supermarket nearby, you can cook in the apartment if you like.

Linen excellent and liked the complimentary chocolate on each towel!
So convenient for exploring Venice without being right in the centre.

L'appartement dispose d'une chambre, une cuisine-salle à manger, une salle de bain. Petit, mais confortable et bien équipé notamment la cuisine.
Bien situé, il est placé proche de la ViaGaribaldi, où les commerces sont surtout orientés vers la clientèle locale: marché, poissonnerie, bars, petits restaurants, etc. Idéal, pour ceux qui comme nous souhaitent un peu s'imprégner le vie Vénitienne.
Concernant les services, pas de soucis, les propriétaires sont sympas et disponibles, même s'ils ont tendance à éviter les appels sur portable. On regrette le surcoût de euros pour une arrivée après 21h, surcoût non indiqué dans l'offre initiale ("arrivée possible jusqu'à 23h").
Attention, l'appartement ne dispose pas d'un accès internet, contrairement à ce qui est stipulé dans l'annonce. En outre, la télé est dans la cuisine et non dans la chambre. Vu la qualité des programmes sur les chaines italiennes, c'est un défaut tout relatif.
Restaurant Tip:
La Via Garibaldi est une rue dominée par la vie locale, avec des commerces authentiques. Nous conseillons la poissonnerie, où les produits sont frais, excellents, variés (crustacés, coquillages, poissons), très peu chers, et les vendeurs très sympas. Idéal pour cuisiner soi-même de bons produits vendus hors de prix et moins bons dans les restos touristiques.
Les bars et humbles restaurants de la ViaGaribaldi apportent aussi un plaisir pour ceux qui apprécient la vie dehors. Ce n'est pas la folie des grands soirs, mais parfait pour boire un verre ou manger un bout dans une bonne ambiance.
